By using ParishPermit LLC’s services, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

ParishPermit LLC is a permit expediting service. We file permit applications with Louisiana parish building departments on behalf of licensed roofing contractors. We are not a licensed general contractor or engineering firm.

Flat Fee

Our standard residential reroof permit fee is $149, which includes parish filing fees up to $75. If a parish’s filing fee exceeds $75, we will contact you before proceeding.

Contractor Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to us is accurate. ParishPermit LLC is not liable for permit denials resulting from inaccurate information or failure to meet parish-specific requirements.

Refunds

If we are unable to file your permit application, we will issue a full refund. Once filed, fees are non-refundable.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
